His animal form is a bright red fox with bronze tail tips.

History: Born into a long line of the Touched, much was expected of him growing up. He began his training at the very early age of three, earlier than usual. He excelled in his studies and shows a lot of promise of eventually becoming one of the Touched capable of using power attacks with his weapon, but at present he's still a long ways away from being capable of this.

In the course of his studies, he left Ter'hazed and went traveling with some of his fellow students. Earth was one of the worlds they visited on their pilgrimage to better their fighting techniques. Toga was approached by a talent scout and asked if he would consider doing some modeling. He told Toga that his looks were exceptional and that he'd do well. Thinking that this would be an amusing diversion, he went and did a few photo shoots. He became very popular with the ladies, so he moved into some small time acting as well. When his first film hit the screen, it grossed more than all the others released that month. This was the start of a whole new life for Toga. He stayed behind on Earth while his friends went off on their journey. He moved into an upscale condo and began actively pursuing his acting career.

A year into it, he started working on a very gory horror film where he discovered a liking for blood, even if what they were using was fake and everything was acted out. He started to think about it more and more and started to go out and play pranks on people, ones that would cause then a little bit of hurt just to see what they'd do. He escalated on it slowly over time up until he killed a human. He enjoyed it, but didn't enjoy the clean up after wards. He doesn't kill often, but he does on occasion and is very careful not to get caught.
