Appearance
General Description: They resemble tiny horses with short manes and tails with a pair of dragonfly wings sprouting from their shoulders.
Average height: They’re large for insects as they can fit into the pal of your hand.
Body sizes: Females are larger than the males.
Coloration: Coloration varies among the genders. Males tend to be darker in color with lighter colored extremities. Females that can’t reproduce have similar colorings though they’re more of a pearly grey than black. Reproductive queens have flashier colors in a very wide range of colors. This is to indicate to the males that they are capable. It is also to attract mates.

Biology
Life span: Surprisingly, they live quite a while as they aren’t really insects. They just look like they should be. Males will only live for about twenty years. The females have three times the life span of the males.
Reproductive method: Horse-like.
Reproductive cycle: The entire cycle takes a couple of weeks.
Diet: They primarily eat fruit and berries
